The employees are very nice and attentive but the cookies are hit or miss. Sometimes they are soft and fresh but most times, like today all 6 of my mini cookies were dry and not that fresh. The 6$ would have been better spend at a grocery store bakery for 12 full size cookies for the same price. 🤷♀️

Great cookies!! I will say they used the wrong dough for one of my cookie cake orders , but they made up for it with no charge and some cookies of the dough we wanted! Mistakes happen, they took ownership and handled it well!!

$10.13 for 4 basic cookies. Nothing close to A Haute Cookie in the ATL. You could get the same experience from a $2.50 pack of refrigerated cookie dough.

Cookies are ok but I love the employees! They always know what I want and are just so nice every time! I have a cookie card and I can’t get enough of their little cookie bags on sale

wish I could leave 0 stars. the guy in charge gave me a HUGE attitude for asking for a cup of warm water to make a bottle for my child. he did NOT have the holiday spirit. also, their cookies are tasteless, and employees look miserable.

They’re cookies are always stale and hard. I was told they use 3 day old cookies and have bug traps in the back.

I had a sugar cookie and a double chocolate. And they tasted the same, like nothing at all. Very disappointing.
