All though the hours listed on the door say 9 am to 9 pm. They almostnever have the doors unlocked to the dining room. No matter what time you visit. I recommend you visit a different Wendy's if you plan to go in and eat. The doors at store #4008 1419 Williams rd will probably be locked. Not to mention that one employee, in particular, is extremely condescending and rude. She got my order wrong when I went to get it fixed she blamed me for it being wrong.

It seems like some of the employee don't want to do what the customer wants. I wanted crispy fries and the told me they couldn't put them back in the grease. So cook me want. That didn't happen.

This is the most GHETTO Wendys ever. Every morning except for when a certain manager works it's an issue. The sign clearly says free drink with breakfast sandwich purchase but they want to only give you certain ones. That's not what the sign or commercial said. Then I told her I didn't even want the food anymore because of her attitude. She responded its fresh. I could care less. Then she snatched my card out of my hand. I'd rather drive across town then go to this raggedy place again.

Too focused on drive thru times due to pressure from corporate obviously. These fast food places kill every chance they have to deliver HOT, FRESH FOOD. To much of a rush to make sure it's right, and fresh. Starting to become a waste of time and money to even bother going

Woman taking the order was very rude and fries were old. I asked for lite ice and cup was full of ice.Woman at window was polite but give me incorrect change and I asked for a receipt she said she put it in the bag but it wasn't.

Old lamp food, not fresh, bread is old and flaky, absolutely nasty. I bet dog food is better than this lousy trash. Bad part is, they were busy and the food was awful. Hope this stops people from spending their hard earned money on junk. You'd be better off to get yourself a loaf of bread and pb n jelly for the same price.

Waited in the drive through for an hour to pick up a Door Dash order. When I arrived at the window I was very rudely told they were very short staffed and the order was not ready yet. Do Not Order. Service this abysmal should be left to rot.
