Pizza Hut

This was once the best of the 4 Pizza Huts I would visit. Now they stop putting fresh pizza out for the buffet at 1:00 which is what I clearly observed today. The manager said the buffet ends at 1:30, which I can understand but the 9 customers in the restaurant was still looking to eat at 1:30 should have been allowed to finish the meal. Rather than continue to feed the patrons who ordered they stopped putting anything out at 1:00 3 crusty bread sticks, no cinnimon sticks was ever seen. The same pizzas with a 6 on them was the only pizza we ever saw, which means only 1 new pizza was added in the last hour. Never mind the dead bugs in the windows, it leaves me to wonder how clean tbe back is.

The lunch buffet was pretty horrible. The pizza literally tasted like cardboard (not an exaggeration) but that was only when it was stocked. The pizza was usually gone, and it went pretty fast when they served it since everyone was hungry. The waitress kept our drink cups full and was pleasant so that was a plus.

In many years, we've on had one previous bad experience with this Pizza Hut. The dough was raw, and when I politely made them aware of this, they offered our next pizza free. When I picked it up, the manager opened the box and snidely asked, "Does THIS look done?" Not the best customer service, but I overlooked it. Tonight, I re-ordered our "usual" online, and was notified it would be an hour. Okay, no problem. Got a notice it was "On it's way!" Half hour later, I called to check. "It's going in the oven now." Huh? Not exactly "On it's way!" When it finally arrived, the 2 liter Pepsi in our "usual" wasn't included. The delivery driver was very nice. She actually offered to go to a corner store and buy a 2 liter out of her own pocket. I said, "Absolutely not!" She offered me a five-dollar bill. I said, "No! It's not your fault! You work hard for what they pay!" And, the quality of the pizza was not very good. Toppings were missing. Overall, very disappointed. Time to give another pizza company a shot.

Ordered food from here at 520pm its 710pm currently still no food. This will be the last time they get money from me. Horrible service told the manager she has horrible customer service skills. She didn't apologize offer to fix the situation at all Not very professional at all on her part. I would give no stars but apparently you have to give at least one to write a review. Update: pizza finally came almost 3 hours later and it was cold didn't have my order right missing several items. Called the manager I was livid I have kids who are starving and she informs me when I'm not upset I can call another day and hangs up on me. I call back the supposed gm said she doesn't blame her hanging up on me so when I tell her I'm recording the conversation she decides to be nice but they really showed their colors. I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering from them.

Made an order for a large pizza and a deal on 4 pack of sodas. After order was made I was contacted by the store, turns out they didn't have the right cheese for a stuffed crust so I had to make due without. Said they'd load it up with more cheese and void the extra cost. Once delivered the guy called me said pizza was at my door, opened up he was gone and I saw a pizza box that almost looked sat on and no drinks. I contacted the store and requested my drinks basically told they wouldn't send anyone back and would refund me. After all this was done didn't see the price go down from missing drinks and lack of stuffed crust. Would rate 0/5 off I could, not ordering from them again

Ordered a large thin crust on the app and paid on the app including a 20% tip. Got there and called. Said it would soon be ready. Then someone came out and asked if I had placed an order. The pizza came out with all the ingredients in the center like they were thrown on there. Then as I was getting ready to pull out, someone came out and said i did not pay. What the heck are they smoking in there?
