FABULOUS! Definitely in the top 3 restaurants I have EVER eaten at. Menu changes, I think they would be considered farm to table. Make reservations. Amazing craft drinks. Service was top notch!

My husband and I dined here for our wedding anniversary. The staff not only congratulated us multiple times but we were treated to sparkling wine on the house. The sevice was amazing and the food was delicious...definitely try the bone marrow. Truly a memorable experience.

Absolutely delicious small plate restaurant, at the time of this writing offering a menu with a lot of international influences. My partner and I split the full menu. Highlights for us were the corn ribs which was wonderfully fresh, the perfectly seared scallop, and the octopus terrine, which was probably the most adventurous dish on the menu in texture and flavor combination. Some wonderful use of high quality vegetables throughout. The only dish that either of us felt was less than steller was the Short rib, which seemed to have been delayed in the kitchen for a while. The whole menu took about two hours. I also appreciated the option for 3 ounce wine pours, allowing me some flexibility with my pairings. There are currently no suggested pairings on the menu but all the wine I had was acceptably complimentary. Decor is low key and tasteful, making this a wonderful date spot, which it was for us and several other couples in view.

Nice little restaurant in the downtown of Roanoke, VA. Was there for the very first time with a couple of friends and I really liked it. Nice atmosphere, great service and incredibly pleasant waiters who were taking care of us. And the variety of stuff we tried was also very good, including scallops, pork meat balls, and many others. Can only recommend it.😎👍🏻

I LOVED the old lucky restaurant, but the new, completely different lucky is not for me. I miss the previous food and ambiance. I had very high hopes but was very disappointed. The food was okay. I agree with the other review in that it is atrociously overpriced. $15 for one scallop, really? I did the tasting menu so I had everything and wasn’t in love with anything. All of it was just okay. The drinks and service were good. Our server was knowledgeable about everything, but sadly it just wasn’t good. I guess I’ll just come here for drinks from now on.

Great place to eat if you like food that is fairly tasty, stupidly pretentious and equally overpriced. A couple of examples. A plate of scallops for two that only has one scallop. A plate of alleged octopus that might have two grams of actual octopus suspended in gelatin. All that, paired with a wait staff that spent more time talking to each other than paying attention to customers. This is the new version of Lucky, a formerly great restaurant. Now it's just a place for people with more money than sense.

Wonderful atmosphere and service. We went during restaurant week just by chance. So they had a tasting menu set up and a wine tasting to be paired with it. Everything was amazing. Our server, Miranda was AWESOME. We were so happy we had her this time just like we had a few months ago. So personable, knowledgeable, and made us feel so welcome. It could've been warmer since we were near the door, but the wine and food helped warm us up nicely.

A little pricey but one of the best spots in the valley and you get what you pay for. The drink menu is unique. You’ll find delicious cocktails here you won’t find anywhere else. Come hungry. You’re going to want to try everything and you won’t be disappointed.
