There is a big heavy white guy that works there and he makes up the policy as he goes along. I was going to buy a large bag of popcorn that was on display, but couldn't tell me how long it had been up there and he refused to discount it. He was going to sell me a box of popcorn from the popcorn inside the machine but then I decided to buy a large plastic container of popcorn. He then emptied out the container before making me fresh popcorn and threw away the popcorn he was about to sell me, he said he will give it to a friend. How does the friend get the popcorn for free that he was getting ready to sell me, so sad how people don't treat all people equal.

Wow. 5 stars all across the board for this Dippin Dots in Valley View. The staff were incredibly respectful, nice and eager to serve me. The ice cream was really good. Ordered a strawberry chocolate cone and was very happy and pleased. Recommended.

The employee seemed like he was bored out of his mind. Called my daughter "Sir" eventhough she looks nothing like a boy. Caught off guard when I was given the price of $6.09 for my purchase. Less than happy.

A small kiosk in valley view mall with a wide variety of ice creams and toppings with sodas to. There is seating in the food court of the mall for food on the first floor. Ot of a bit pricey but good..fast and friendly service .

Woman with grey hair running this establishment does NOT wear a mask and does not even seem to OWN a mask. Awful!

Quick place to sit and cool down a bit with a chilled treat for a few minutes during your shopping trip inside Valley View Mall.
