Waffle House

We pulled up at this location around 845pm. Noticed 2 families was sitting inside eating. We tried entering the building but this short man stopped us from going in. He said it wasn’t any servers there but it was 4 workers behind the counter. So we didn’t understand. Then he said they was closing early due to the weather. My response was… Y’all are closing due to some rain.. Then he said drive safe and we left. Y’all need to do better.

The entire experience was very pleasant. The server had pink and purplish "Cheshire cat" hair so I was a little concerned at first, lol. She was a great server and super friendly and respectful. The food was AMAZING!!!! It arrived at the table so quickly I really don't understand how they got it cooked especially with my special request for crispy bacon. The restroom was even cleaned perfectly. I am so impressed with this place. I am so happy there is a way to show the appreciation I have for the nicest dinner out place I have been to in years. By far trump's places like Macado's (Salem location) and every single fast food joint in the Roanoke Valley.
