Mcdonald's

This is the 3rd time in the last week this building has screwed up my order. First time was forgetting the nuggets in the order. Second time was giving the wrong sandwich in the box (quarter pounder when I ordered a bacon double). Today, they somehow managed to forget the hamburger in the hamburger kids meal. The whole point of the meal was MIA. Tried calling to remedy the situation, to no avail (no answer after 10 minutes of phone ringing). These people need to actually practice some customer service instead of phoning it in.

Ordered a kids chicken nugget meal for my daughter. Didn’t know until we got home but the kids meal had no nuggets in it. Just fries and apples. I tried to call 4 times and no one would answer. This isn’t the first time we’ve had an order messed up from this location, it would have been nice to actually speak to someone about our messed up order. We will just have to go to a different location in the future.

Just went through drive through, ordered a regular quarter pounder with no onions or pickles with a small fry and a large sprite. Everything is right on the screen and receipt yet I got home to find a hamburger with extra onions, a large sprite and a large fry. Nothing was right except the drink....I tried calling multiple times before writing a review and no one answered. I spent $11 on a large drink thats $1 and a large fry which i never asked for.....I can't eat all these fries and be fine...

Went thru the Drive Thru and was using my Reward Points for a Free Happy Meal. App says you can get 4pc Nugget Meal, 6 pc Nugget Meal or a Hamburger Meal. I ordered the 6pc Meal and they changed me $.50 I asked why. They said you can only get a 4 pc Meal and they charge $.50 for the other 2 nuggets. No, that’s a rip off. I asked for my money back and was given a hard time then said I couldn’t get my 6000 points back because they had already been Applied to my order. I will never go back to this McDonald’s again!
