Subway

I placed a delivery order online at this location. And mistakenly left the store address as the delivery to address. Unfortunately, the only way to modify or cancel an order to to call the store. I called for more than 30 minutes and no one every answered the phone. This is very bad business especially when my only option to correct my order is to call.

I placed an order for subs to take for a Christmas gathering and was concerned with the holidays that there would be issues. Much to my surprise the person I talked to on the phone was the most helpful and pleasant person I encountered this holiday season! I called to double check the order on the morning of pick up and she knew my name right off and had my order ready! Everything was so fresh and placed beautifully on a to go tray! When I picked my order up I was created with a smile and a thank you for ordering from us! I will definitely keep this in mind for next time! Very happy! Merry Christmas!

The service was very good the young man said hello when we enter the building he made our subs just the way we asked and then a lady, while on her phone, checked us out as the young man told her she could not be on the Phone while on the line... she did not seem to care . I gave 4 stars because of the service but Annette needs to get a clue or get another job!
