Wendy's

My daughter and I had a girls day of shopping thrift stores, department stores etc. and she decided to treat me to lunch at Wendy's. Service WAS AWFUL! We placed an order with my daughter's first name and they wrote down a color for her name. She has very simple name. We placed our order inside at 2:48. At 3 our name on the board said it was ready. Got up there and it was not ready and our name had disappeared. When I asked was told it would take 30 minutes to cook the chicken for our Strawberry salads. The manager was working beside the counter and corrected the young man and said it would only take 11 minutes. While I was waiting for my order another customer asked for sour cream for their baked potato and was told they were out by same person that told me it would take 30 minutes to cook chicken. Then manager again corrected this employee saying sour cream was right there-pointing it out to said employee. Heard manager yell to employees that if they were not talking about Wendy's business they needed to be quiet. I feel so sorry for this manager. Has a bunch of kids working for her that do not know how to act professionally and stay on task. Finally received our order at 3:18. Took 30 minutes to receive two simple strawberry salads. Ridiculous! Will not go back to this restaurant. Was only dark spot in our girls day out. We hadn't had one since before COVID. Next time we''ll go to Mayflower. Maybe we'll have better luck there.

Came through the drive thru just now and it was a horrible experience. The cashier who took our order was extremely rude. We waited in line for 10+ mins to even order. We get to the window to pay, she didn’t greet us. Just simply stated the total and slammed the window. Didn’t get a receipt and she got an attitude when my S/O asked for one. Then we asked for extra sauce and she was even more rude about it. -2/10. I’ve worked for Wendy’s before and was never allowed to act like this. 👎🏼

This is honestly the nicest Wendy's I have ever been to. Just passing through for holidays and I was majorly impressed with how quickly the food was ready. I hadn't even gotten my receipt yet before they finished my food! The restaurant was very clean, it has a little napkin and condiment caddy at every table. The bathrooms were clean. I don't live here but I will stop here again! Oh yeah, I really thought the food was good too.
