Pizza Hut

Today 1/21/22 at 11:30 I ordered this pizza and if you zoom in on the picture you could see all the extra oil this pizza was so oily I needed extra napkins to take off all the excess oil. When I got inside the male cashier don’t know if he is Hispanic or Asian short stalky guy had a bad attitude to me i always applaud great customer service but the guy didn’t show it 10 minutes later my pizza looked like it was splashed with oil I had to throw it out it was nasty I believe he did something to it in my opinion because I usually come here to eat on sundays and I never see my pizza like that

If I could give this location a negative 1000 I would!!! I just had the worst experience there. Most of the people that were waiting with me we were waiting for more than an hour!! After almost an hour of me waiting I asked the cashier if my order was ready they went to go check just to tell me only my wings were ready but not my pizza they gave me credit for it . And than I asked how long is the wait for a pizza she said they weren’t taking the feature orders because the system was done but yet kept taking other orders. The worst experience ever . I hate this location . After they gave me the credit they said I was able to use at another location which they were Wong because I tried and they said no . I ended going to the other la Sierra location and got my pizza under 10 minutes !
