Lately I have found many restaurants with a drive through to be missing something. Employees take your money and hand you your food with no communication at all. When I stopped at your McDonald's drive through there was friendly service, smiles and most of all communication. Thank you for that. In the middle of a busy stressful day it's always nice when someone can make you smile. I have always found this McDonald's clean, employees are dressed professionally and the food is always fresh. Keep up the great, friendly service. It doesn't go unnoticed. :)

Great service i had a great experience with my children, but it will be nice if they can have a $1.99 happy meal after 4pm the way wendy's on riverhead have, that will make McDonalds perfect to me.

Kiddos to the women (paula) at the window and to the gentleman with the glasses who gave me my order. I made a mistake with my order. And the workers at this location was very polite and very helpful to get me the correct order. We need more people like you. Your service was beyond excellent. Thank you ❤️

The people that work there have the BEST manners I have ever come across. They all seem very young and never would I have expected their courtesy and kindness to be top notch...but it is. Kudos. I wish you all nothing but success and happiness. Thank you.

Very clean location with friendly staff, comfortable seating and they even bring the food to your table when it's ready which makes bringing children a breeze! Only complaint is the lack of ketchup as you have to go to the counter to get small packets as you need them.

Tonight Thursday 09/24/20 this guy (see picture below ) really wasted 15 minutes of my life. He had to speak with the manager because he took so long to make an order, asked 20 question, that the display changed from the menu to his order. He refused to make any orders until the menu returned and got angry when the cashier asked him to pull up to the window. Sorry you all had to deal with him. On a side note, My Ahoy Mcflurry was delicious! Thanks!
