I have been going to Carlos since I was younger but I want to express how amazing they are. Last night I had my 30th bday party and thought it would be nice to get some catered food. I had the epic guys at Carlos do this for me..not only were their prices fair they made my food to my exact specifications. Tortorlini in a cream sauce with spinach, mushrooms and motz cheese. Oh my goodness it was beyond words. There was not a scrap left. And the chicken francese?! Oh man beyond delicious. Tender chicken and the sauce was to die for. Thank you guys, thank you Pete, for making my bday dinner a wild success. �� yum

Knowing how subjective pizza is because it tends to be based from what a person's expectation are, I will be willing to say this pizza is very good. I tried a chicken slice and was very happy with it's freshness and the crust they use. I would come here any day of the week over any chain pizza stores hands down! This is my first visit here and I can say it will not be my last. Back for another visit, today's slice is the CBR, Chicken Bacon Ranch slice. It was very tasty with a nice smokiness to the bacon and just enough ranch dressing without going overboard. It was a very delicious well-balanced slice. This slice is not to be avoided!

Ordered a sausage calzone and it was fresh and hot. Some of the best quality cheese (mozzarella and ricotta) I've ever had in a calzone. Person who took my order was kind and attentive and even brought the calzone to my table. Would come back again!

This was my first visit and it felt like I had been going there my while life. The guy behind the counter seemed to know everyone coming in and The entire process was amazing. Never felt so at home. Can't wait to be back in the area so I can order again.

Drove past this place almost every other day . Never even thought to stop in , saw a big parking lot and easy access. Went inside a friendly gentleman greeted me kindly. I got 2 slices of Pepperoni and a Coke , fantastic pizza . Good dough and tasty fresh pepperoni, usually places leave those slices left over . I stop a lot now and most staff from Riverhead Schools are now going !!
