Coming from someone who has tried McDonalds in seven different countries, this McDonalds in little River Falls, WI has got to be one of the best! I have come here many times of the day, and each time has been amazing! The fries are always (and I mean always) hot and fresh! There have even been times when they were so busy and packed that the actual store owners have come to help out, and I feel like that already says a lot about how much they care about both their employees as well as their customers!

Being one of seven cars that rolled through McDonald's at 10pm on a Saturday and no open drive thru besides saying order on their app and just all left. Sadly going down hill for service at the arches.

My friend has a serious allergy to gluten. She called the River Falls McDonald’s at 10:15 P.M on 5/24/22 and asked Is the fries were fried in a separate fryer than the other food. The worker replied “well everything is fried in a fryer.” When I then answered that my friend has a serious allergy to gluten the man, very rude and sarcastically, said “seriously.” All we wanted was to make sure she could consume the fries there and he treated it as a joke. Very rude and unprofessional.

Very clean organized Mac dons. Nice and warm in here today even though snowing outside. They took away the iced tea but they have Powerade. Tables and benches a plenty. A big plus for me was that their tv’s were tuned to Fox News, rather than some lame narrative driven channel that nobody watches. Bathroom was clean but no paper towels.

Typical McDonald's for menu & pricing. The staff was friendly. The food was fresh & hot & served promptly. Ample parking. It is one McDonald's that I do return to, on occasion.

It's a pretty good McDonald's, never too much of a wait here, and the food is good 80% of the time, which for McDonald's is very good.
