Sonic Drive-in

The milk shakes were not mixed properly, we had chocolate and caramel shakes, they both were vanilla, made us sick to our stomachs. My son's Oreo blast was half vanilla and the top was Oreo. An ice cream cone Oreo flavor was half vanilla. The fries didn't taste good, they didn't have onion rings.. We will definitely not be going back

By far the worse customer service and blamed it on being short staffed. I understand all restaurants are short staff I have been short staffed but that's not an excuse to give such rude and hateful customer service. 99% of people would be more understanding if you would communicate with the first let them know what is up. Also got to remember that online are to be treated just like they are right there in line not pushed to the side and not took care of.

This had to be the worst experience at a Sonic ever! Waited for about two minutes before I was asked to “hold on “ from the drive thru attendant. I ordered two toaster combos and a breakfast burrito combo. I was told I couldn’t order small combos they had to be medium or larger. Pulled up to the window and waited 5 minutes before the cashier took my debit card. And another 3-4 before I got it back. It was apparent loud music was playing In the background and it wasn’t family appropriate because of language. I made the mistake of not checking my food until I got home. The tater tots were fried in old, burnt oil and the toast was also burnt. The breakfast burrito was NOT WORTH IT... it was smaller than the sausage burrito from McDonald’s. I immediately drove back for a refund. The manager seemed oblivious and had a fake friendly attitude. It didn’t seem like he cared that his store was a wreck and they had put out horrible quality product. The outside appearance is rough and unkept. I should have seen the outside would reflect the food quality and overall value. I will not be back to this Sonic until changes are made to management and staff.
