This store had great people working here for a long time, but recently the new people there have been extremely rude and the food quality has gone down. We placed an online pickup order and they yelled at us for not checking in at the speaker box instead of pulling straight to the window. They also threatened to report us? I'm guessing they thought we were a DoorDasher or something?
That's not how you treat customers and you shouldn't treat your driver's like that either if you want to be a part of whatever food delivery platform they are on. Won't be doing business here anymore.

Needs new management and more eyes and training on the young employees who are there. Bought a few cheesy roll ups for the kids and got clear home and they didn’t even heat up the food. Was just sprinkled cheese. Even the tortillas were cold. The young person wanted to argue that he did heat up the cheesy roll ups. Regardless the food was cold and all the young people didn’t care for the job. And then when my husband asked if they could bust $100 bill they said they couldn’t and said it was a new store.. my husband said this was not a new store..This building was rebuilt after the tornado. Zero stars!

Did a mobile order on 05/08/22 when we arrived they were out of cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and refried beans. This was around 10pm and they don’t close until 2am. These are basic toppings for anything at Taco Bell… Unacceptable! We took our food but we had to add all the toppings at home… I won’t do that again. This happens a lot at this location I’ve noticed and it makes for very bad experiences.

Horrible customer service. Not helpful. No clue about new items on the menu from the website. Wanted to order Cantina Chicken box items. Cashier said could only order online. Did not care about the price discount. Look online and see it in items. Asked if ring me up another chicken taco and modify it to the ingredients and make it said no. Silly how you can't get the item to order at the store.

GARBAGE. This is usually the only place that's open when I get off work. 9 times outta 10 they are out of tortilla, cheese, beef and chicken. They also refuse to sub anything out unless you cancel your mobile order and re order. very very very poor customer service, whoever has taken over this store in the last 6 months has ruined it.

I don't know why EVERY Taco Bell in the greater Chattanooga area screws up something in every order every time I go there. Do they hate me? This has been going on for years! Then they delete the only thing on the menu that kept me coming back... Mexican Pizzas. Deuces! Won't be back!

Dirtiest Taco Bell I've been in. Lobby is not clean at all. Almost every table was dirty. Floors and seats had food on them.

Always love taco bell, each one is a little different based on staff so you can get a miss every now and then. But you can't beat the $1 potato tacos or the $2 crunchy burritos.
