Had been over a year since visiting PF Chang's because the food and service were no longer that great...but we were craving Dan Dan Noodles. As we were seated, our waitress, TC, mentioned they were out of chicken. No problem. We weren't interested in ordering chicken anyway. Grief fell upon us when noticed Dan Dan noodles were no longer on the menu. (we had traveled nearly an hour and a half just for that) Waitress said no problem, the chef would be happy to prepare them for us (forgetting that they have chicken in the noodles). In less than 15 minutes, the whole meal arrived with chicken on our Dan Dan noodles! Yep...they went above and beyond by going to the store and purchasing chicken just so we could have the meal we had longed for. The food was exceptional, but I can't say enough about our waitress TC. Be sure to ask for her and tip her BIG. She is worth every penny!
I love this P.F Chang's. The food is consistently fresh and well prepared and I've never received anything other than superb service. The cocktails are also always excellent.
Great experience. Very good ambiance. Went for lunch and had chilly shrimp. It was perfect. Lightly coated and fried with a kickass sauce.

Went in a few days and had salt and pepper shrimp. Amazingly done. Lightly fried with salt and whole black peppers.
The service was great and the staff very friendly. They fixed me sweet and sour pork even though it's not officially on the menu anymore. I'd give 6 stars for that If I could.
Awesome. The food was great but The Combination fried rice I ordered was VERY spicy. I had never eaten here so I asked waitress if it was supposed to be spicy. She asked the cook and he apologized for the mistake and me made another. This time it was sooo very good. Didnt have to drink to cool my mouth.😁

Tasty. Had the new Life Noodles and stir fry egg plant; one of my favorite meals.
We came for a late lunch traveling through the area. Most of my family have gluten allergy or sensitivity. Veronia was very attentive to our needs and did a fabulous job making sure we were well taken care of. Ben, the Sous chef, even made my wife a special gluten-free dressing. Oscar, the managing partner, even came to our table to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you for all of the special attention. Being gluten-free is not easy and most restaurants are not nearly as attentive as today. Food was wonderful and service was better! Thank you!
If you are looking for some tasty ramen or authenticity this is the place to be, absolutely delicious? Wait staff was amazing!! They have a shellfish menu for anyone allergic like me! The atmosphere is too notch! Low lighting and quiet!

If you enjoy good fried rice, don't get it here. Sim0ly mediocre.

I posted this before I realized that they had apparently lost their main chef. Needless to say, they were not up to speed because of some employee concerns. I totally get it.
They were very kind and they gave me a complimentary meal.
The food quality is still rated about a 3 star at best. However, I really appreciate them taking care of me when I wasn't satisfied.
