Dunkin'

This location is a true hit or miss. It's mostly a miss. When you order your coffee a certain way, they make it their own way. Today was the last straw for me. I order my usual large iced coffee (5 vanilla swirls, 5 creams, and 4 liquid sugars) and a tomato, pesto, grilled cheese, add bacon. They got the coffee right but idk what in the world was going on with my sandwich. I got no pesto and no tomatoes but for some reason it look like they put egg on my sandwich. I am so disappointed. Oh and I did try to call them but no one picked up. The only reason why they got 2 starts from me is because they actually got my coffee right.

They are understaffed. May not 100% be the locations fault, the workers just need to be paid fairly . However, this past visit was among the worst. This location has been nice in the past, there’s been great employees but where are they?! I CANNOT BELIEVE I PAID FOR “DONUTS” that look like this!!!! The quality has gone downhill. Absolutely ridiculous….. I might not give this place my business again and we almost every weekend have donuts and coffee from here.

My sons received a gift card from their school so we decided to walk over- a rare treat for us. I paid but soon realized there were flies and mosquitoes flying directly over all the donuts. I told them I’m good and because I paid with a gift card- there was an issue giving us a refund. I stayed calm tho rightfully disgusted while they figured out a solution. However- when they turned around and gave the same donuts to an unsuspected customer awaiting in the drive through- I stepped in. I waited til she was about to pull off and informed her she’d just been sold donuts that had bugs flying overhead or worse; that the employees were fully aware yet sold them to her anyway. Eat at your own risk. I’m making some phone calls.

Treatment of service was totally different than the gentleman directly in front of me, and we both patronize the business with the same approach. When asked what was the difference in the service given to him as to myself, I was encountered with if they don't feel comfortable. Neither of us entered without a facemask, nothing of the matter was presented to him, but I was questioned of it and needed a manager approval to be served. I have patronized this establishment for well over twenty years, know at least four of it's store managers personally and will not be returning unless this behavior is corrected.

I was trying to find a Dunkin’ Donats that will make a custom cake in less than 48 hours, and this was the only Dunkin that could make it in 24 hours. They did a great Job. We loved the cake, detailed and so cute. My kids were really happy and the cake tasted great. I’m so grateful and I’m a customer for life. Thank you

Don't like givin bad reviews but... Dunkin has been SLIPPIN 4a long time now on the freshness of there doughnuts. ESPECIALLY in the late afternoon to evenings hours. Everytime I goto a Dunkin late afternoon or evening time to get a doughnut (s) they either dont have it or it iz HARD / NOT soft.. You know those doughnuts have been sitting there for a long time. *They should know better to restock / remake their donuts every so often. Not let the doughnuts sit there until somebody buys them and be disappointed over a hard and stiff dried out donut. Itz like goin 2 McDonald's and buying hard fries that's been sitting under that light 4a hour., and they SELL DAT KRAP 2U.!! We've all been there.. Remember the old Dunkin commercial wen da guy gets up @ 3-4am sleep walkin to work, and his only concern wuz.. "TIME TO MAKE THE DOUGHNUTS"! Wut happen to dat guy.? **My observation iz Dunkin only CATERS to the Morning rush and that's it. And it seems now they only make fresh donuts once a day maybe twice if the morning Rush is plentiful. -No need to be open 12 or 24 hours if you're going to sell bogus donuts.. Your competition is leaving you behind.. ie Krispy Kreme. There most popular doughnuts They make fresh donuts all day long.!

Very disappointed at this Dunkin donuts here in Richton park that ive been ordering a coffee and a turkey sausage on a croissant from for years.The other day I stop there to grab a bagel and my mom who has congestive heart failure needed to use the washroom because shes on heart meds but we were told NO that it was for employees only..Totally a lie because I go there quite often.Its always been a public washroom.Never again..This place doesn't exist to me anymore and im gonna make sure my co-workers feel the same.
