Mcdonald's

Good meal. I eat inside all by myself, but the drive-through was very busy with the curbside pickup people coming and going. I think I had a trainee who took my order, but he was certainly doing his best to make sure my order (quarter pounder with cheese & bacon with fries and a drink) was hot, fresh, tasty, and quickly (it was! 😀 ) and even made sure I got plenty of napkins. Thanks!

Not sure why I keep trying. Always 20m + in the driveway thru and consistently gets my order wrong. Modt recently, I paid 20 bucks for big mac meals received everything but just 1 big mac. Everytime its something. How does management allow this to happen... EVERY TIME?! Perhaps its my fault for continously giving this place a chance.

I've eaten from this McDonald's before, and had a bad experience with an older manager who messed up my order. now comes tonight when my order was not what I ordered. i called McDonald's and spoke with the manager at the Richton park Illinois location, store number 11603 Pierre R is the manager there. When I went back to McDonald's, I had the pleasure of meeting one of the most professional, polite, and kind manager l've dealt with in a very long time. i couldn't believe how young he appeared and that professional. if and when you visit there, and happen to have a mess up on your order. Ask for the young very professional, manager who favors the actor nick cannon. He will take care of the matter without incident.

There is a white lady and a black lady who got upset because i was taking pictures and the black called her manager because i was trying to rate the place and post pics. The bougie black lady thought i was doing something but i was just trying to use the bathroom. Also the fries had 0 salt. The burger was good. Everybody try the Sweet BBQ Bacon meal!
