Revolution

Went for the groupon deal (burger or pizza plus cocktail for 2) as late brunch on a Sunday. Had to wait for the kitchen to re-open at around 4pm? before we can have food. But, they had a Really nice and chill ambience/atmosphere and service was prompt. Burgers were cooked nicely, and there was a wide range of cocktails to choose from. All in all, It was a really great deal!

I had my birthday celebrations here and the staff were fantastic. Hey made the booking process easy and although I had to pay a deposit for each person in the booking, this went either towards a bar tab or drinks ready and waiting on the table. Good music on a Saturday night. Plenty of space to dance. We ordered a few nibbles and they were delicious too! Will definitely be back

Tried out the new vegan options. The seitan bites banged and in the wrap. Only problem is there was lots of things they didn’t have and not sure the staff/kitchen were totally communicating on what was in the dishes and what was available. Really rate the mocktails and the Some Like It Hot burger was proper spicy so was very pleased! Overall maybe an 3.8 but benefit of the doubt.. also I took my camera FYI

Must be a time of day thing! I was prompted to write a review (not something I do a lot) after getting some really great service here the other day, then I saw the other reviews... It was pouring down (you know the real P word) and was out for bike ride - no bike racks so surprisingly the waiter said it would be fine to bring my bike in - was obviously relatively quiet inside. I checked out the menu and got a large discount on a superfood salad and coffee on their lunchtime special and both the waiter and (I think) manager were attentive. OK, food not Ivy class, but was basically a fiver (for decent number of choices) with a coffee and quality better than a lot of other places around!! Rain or not, likely to be a regular stop off on my middle aged man cycle route.
