Best Subway location I’ve ever been to! The staff are super friendly. Excellent customer service and the staff are super quick to make my order even with them being very busy. Compared to other locations the subs here are made much better and they do not cheap out on toppings. Other stores should look at how this location treats their customers! :)

Every time i had a great experience with this subway. Many times I saw the staff makes fresh breads and also the taste of sandwiches were fresh and brilliant. The staff of subway team are truly knowledgeable with a polite nature. I strongly recommend to everyone, to visit there and enjoy the best sandwiches.

If you like your subway made to regular subway standards - you might be a bit disappointed or frustrated. You’ll still get a decent sub but if your particular or just use to it a certain way you might want to avoid. After 2 times here, we swore we wouldn’t come back but I just had my 3rd time out of convenience and I just can’t understand why they make simple mistakes. Previous times to forgot to label the subs. The employee in an empty store tried making both subs at the same time and kept making mistakes by putting ingredients on the wrong subs. This time the guy was running out of sauces and didn’t put enough or distribute it properly on the subway. Other subways usually apologize and refill the sauce - he asked me to pick a different sauce… And lastly that was odd is he didn’t cut our foot longs in half lol. Thankfully I was taking it home so I was able to cut it at home but just so strange this particular sub shop. Small details but takes away a bit from the odd time I choose to have subway. Ingredients are all tasty and good btw, still love Subway but the manager should probably visit some other branches to see potential gaps in service.

So disgusting. The lady didn’t change her gloves after attending to a customer who had just paid at the till. She asked me what I wanted then touched the bread I asked for with the same dirty gloves. I politely asked her to changed but she seem to be very unhappy. I tried to be polite but you can see she wasn’t happy at all. After she changed, she took the same bread she touched earlier with that dirty gloves. I just left and asked her name. Amandeep @ Richmond Center 0830pm May 10. Staff here need attention Subway.
