Apparently their version of the wapper melt Is 2 hamburger patties with cheese With nothing else on there absolute joke Probably won't be long until Richmond gives up on this Burger King as well

Honestly, way better than most burger kings, for the sheet fact that they never mess up my order. Simply pleased. Also, dude in chain is a real OG and hooks ya up of you're cool 👑

Been to this BK 3 times...all this past week, for lunch and every single time my food was fresh, hot and delicious...also the ladies behind the counter are very courteous, respectful and always smiling...my only regret is not eating here a long time ago! 👍

It was okay. For as long as we waited for the food you would think it would have at least been fresh however it was not. Fries were nice and salty though.

We went the other night to this drive thru Burger King location and got the 2 for $6 deal. My boyfriend got the original Whopper, and I got the Fish Sandwich. Two bites into the fish was enough to cure me of ever ordering it again...it was totally disgusting! The bun was dry and strange tasting, the fish was soggy, and the tartar sauce ( if you can call it that) was the worst tasting stuff I have ever had...it tasted like very stale mayonnaise with some pickle juice mixed in...the whole sandwich was NASTY, and we eat at this Burger King frequently...

It's always hard to get a correct order from here . Seems like the just put want they want you to have in the bag . Really hard for them when you order a plain burger. The get lost . And still can't get it right.

Please update the business hours. It says they are open until 11pm online but they were already closed and gone when I got there at 10:05pm. And this isn't the first time I've checked hours online and gone to this location only to find out they changed their hours and were not open.

*Update. After contacting corporate, corporate sent me my money back for the missing sandwich. I will still never go back to Burger King in Richmond due to poor customer service.
Thieves. Don't even go here. They admit to screwing up your order but won't do anything unless you come in. I don't live around here. I stopped in on my way to sons football game. Told me I can't get a coupon in the mail because they don't have the funds. Although they took my money and didn't give me my order!! Spoke to the manager herself. Terrible business!
