Tim Hortons

So my review is for a Sunday morning, the line was long when I pulled in but I was very impressed on how fast everybody was taken care of. I wasn't even waiting in line 5 minutes before I ordered and had my food and was back on the road. As far as the donuts, it's Tim Hortons what more can I say. The staff was super nice at the window as well.

Used to stop here in the morning. Woman on the mic and at the window is very annoying and rude. If she could be silent and listen to an order then ask questions, if she still doesn't understand, that would be nice. That's what everyone else does. Interrupting everyone with her lethargic and slightly impatient voice is likely a large loss of business for this location. All my friends agree. I'll be stopping at a local coffee shop from now on and encouraging my friends and family to avoid this location Sunday mornings. RIP

Workers have a horrible attitude. Say a single word in your order incorrectly and they will be sure to correct you. Also don’t expect to be able to put your money or card back in your wallet, they will make it clear they want you out of their drive through line so they can serve the zero cars that are behind you. Those cars that would’ve been behind you probably chose wisely to choose another location.

The manager and workers are extremely rude! All they want to do is argue and correct you if you don’t say something the right way. They’ve gotten our order wrong consistently and won’t fix it saying it’s not their problem. We’ve stopped going to this Tim Hortons and make a longer drive to a different, nicer one. Much nicer staff. I don’t know how they can be so rude and expect people to come back. I’ve heard the manager arguing with older folks and being super condescending to them for trying to use the app. It takes nothing to be nice!

Very mean people, couldn't take my order because their are registers down and I said I could wait in the parking lot and they basically told me to leave. Not the first time this has happened, the last time I was there they practically throw my food at me(all their wraps don't taste like other tim Hortons), don't give me a receipt even if I ask for one, and I've had coffee grounds in my coffee(this happened twice). Officially done trying this place it should be shut down can't believe it was open 24 hrs years ago.
