Ihop

Where to start… We waited 7 minutes 38 seconds to get seated. The place was empty other than 1 table. Got seated after I called to get someone out of the back… The bacon was pre-cooked… Crispy and chewy. All of the food was pre-cooked and sent out cold… Well the eggs were somewhat warm, so they weren’t pre-made. Service… Saw her twice. Once to take order and the other was drop off cold food and check.

My family and I visited this Ihop in July 2019, we were in the area for a wedding. It was our first time in Kentucky, were from California, we absolutely loved it here! We showed up on Saturday night, it was very late and it looked like they were getting ready to close for the night. I was impressed by the staff, they were attentive and very polite. I feel bad not getting the names of the servers, they were so nice. My kids loved the hot chocolate, they made it just perfect with lots of whipped cream just like they like it:)

I've eaten at this restaurant several times over the past ten years. I've always had great service and good food, but maybe once.. literally. This time would prove different. The pancakes didn't melt the butter. Bacon burnt,ham salty, sausage tasted weird.egg cooked too long. Waste of money that I didn't have to throw away. If it wasn't bad,then I promise I wouldn't say one single thing. Man y'all have done me so right over the years. Why does it got to be like this?

I really expected more. The food is good. We didn't wait very long for our food. I do feel like you don't get what you pay for. The pictures on the menu are deceiving. Drinks are way overpriced, I would suggest water. I paid 3$ for a small glass of sweet tea. The waitress will check on you every 3-5mins, that can be a little annoying to some. I will probably go to waffle house from now on honestly.
