Ordered delivery.they didn’t toast or grill the quesadillas at all so it’s just soft white flour tortilla turned to mush on the bottom.
Also ordered a kids juice with his kids meal and they gave us milk.
Why tf did I just spent over 50$ on this if what I get is this serious lack of effort ?
Update: just tasted my burrito and the avocado in the guacamole tastes rancid. So I’m eating expensive garbage. Thanks qdoba this is a great experience on my birthday.
Update : I reported the issues through the link they provided and selected the option for them to reach out through email and absolutely no one has contacted me. Obviously they don’t care and aren’t sorry about the poor quality of the over priced “food” they served me on the night of my birthday. Note taken. will never order from them again.

Went to this location today after my daughters softball practice and I have to commend the 3 young men working!!! They were all 3 very nice and personable to not just with us, but everyone that came in. The guy making our food gets big props!!! This was the first time I have ever NOT HAD TO ASK FOR MORE as he made our tacos/bowl/nachos!! I have gone to several Qudoba’s in several towns as we travel a lot with softball/baseball, and this one by far has been the BEST we have been to! Keep up the good work guys!!!

I used to eat here all the time. it used to be so good. the past couple of times haven't been good. this past time I went I walk through the door and they don't greet me whatsoever. I wait a couple of minutes to be helped because they were working on online orders, I was the only one in line. I don't normally get a burrito here because the workers can't wrap them good but i decided to get one. I usually get veggies and they didn't have any on the line, but there was a dirty pan on the stove with old cooked veggies. The first wrap he had broke so he got another one and that one broke too. he then grabs a bowl and lid and gives me the mess ripped burrito. I got chips and queso as well and i got half the portion of chips i usually get. Didn't even say have a good day when i left. Awful customer service, super disappointed,

As always QDOBA delivered! I got the pulled pork burrito with black beans and extra cheese. The workers were fast, kind, and made sure the fast food experience remains as it states, FAST! The store was also very clean and put together not something you normally see as fast food. Good job QDOBA!

Pick up an order for all of the staff in my office. Was told I couldn't pick up without a receipt. Then got to office and several items in the order were missing. I called back and spoke to Emily. I was advised to go back and pick up tje missing items. Once I got there Emily the manager threw the bag at me dumping the food in the bowl. In addition the food was poor quality.Stale chips, cold food. Burn chicken, and the bowl was 90%rice and very little of the other topings we paid for. This experience is the worst I have had. This office won't go back.

This was the worst stop at QDOBA we've ever had. The place was empty except for us, there were 5 guys I saw and the place was nasty. Nobody cleaning up, they didn't have any peppers and onions on the serving table but I saw a skillet full on the stove I asked, "we're out" was the reply I got. Corp, you need to do some serious training or firing! $23 for a bowl and a burrito? I'm done visiting this place!

Very bad service not clean you can see my pictures 4 years ago was very good today is Horrible. I complained to the manager and she was rude. Said she is short staffed and don't have time. When we came in they had no customers ordering. They could have been cleaning. The cooked the green peppers and put them inside the used dirty pan instead of placing in a new one. So what, they don't have time for dishes.
Will not visit here until they have a turn over in management.
Health board is going to have a fun here.

This place is like Chipotle but better! Tried their new quesadilla that's basically a coronary enclosed in tortilla and encased in melted cheese. It's pretty good but if you don't want a whole days worth of calories in one meal then I suggest sticking to their more health conscious items. Overall it gets 4 out of 10 deportations. These people know how to make Tex Mex that isn't just poison or bland.

We LOVE Qdoba usually but this visit was beyond awful, the food was ice cold the tortillas were like trying to bite cardboard I got the brisket and literally had one little chunk of meat when I asked for more was told there was a charge even though there wasn't even a whole bite worth on the burrito my daughter got the pork same thing but add to it was so dry she could barely swallow it. We look forward to Qdoba any time we are near one but this has completely turned us off complaining did no good because they were rude and acted like it wasn't their problem just gonna do chipotle next time even though not nearly as good in our opinion

Went in today and it was our first and last visit. Got a bowl mostly filled with rice and topped with old, dried up chicken and steak. Not a good value for the price of $9, I'll pass for future visits.

The food was fantastic. When i placed my order, they were cooking the steaks so i had to change to hamburger. Before we left, the manager asked how everything was. I casually mentioned that i was “disappointed” that i couldn’t get steak. Next thing I knew, the manager brought me some steak in a bowl. He couldn’t have been any more nicer.

Just visited here earlier today, it was incredibly busy and they were short staffed, but the staff handled it incredibly well, it was nice to see the patience and kind words the manager had for the rest of the staff as they were in a frustrating situation, the food was also incredibly fresh and delicious. Props to you for doing things the right way!! Best qdoba I've been to yet!!

I don't write negative reviews often, but this place is struggling bad. The food service area was an absolute disaster, drink machine broken, bathrooms dirty and the food was not seasoned properly. There's more, but I don't want to beat a dead horse. The employees seemed like they were trying, but they were clearly frustrated.
I hope they can turn it around, but as of today....not good.

Pretty disappointed. This is the second time in one month's time that I've came to eat during normal business hours and found a sign on the door stating that they are closed. Someone needs to figure out how to manage this location!

For some reason the employees think getting lime wedges is terrible for you to ask. The last time I was in there the guy told me they were out of them. This time they did tell me there were some in the back and came back out with lemon wedges. After that it was a journey to find a clean table to eat on. Some people that came in after me had to clean their own. Food was good can't complain about the food, but the lack of customer support and cleanliness are definitely issues. I hope you get it fixed soon!
