Papa John's has been one of my favorite pizza places! I love the garlic butter sauce, and I drizzle it all around my pizza, then add the zap pack to bring out the flavor of the pizza.. Then it's Time To SMASH!! So when you want or need a pizza, Try Papa John's!
You won't be disappointed!! And once they added cheese inside the crust... YUMMY!!
They haven’t ever gotten my order wrong, though they do forget the extra sauces that I order occasionally. Food is a bit pricey for just some pizza, but it does always taste good and hits the spot when you’re craving some pizza.
Place my order with ease when to the driver thru paid and pickup my order just like that the associate was very helpful thank the pizza was hot and fresh 👍🏾👍🏾

Derrick was wonderful! So accommodating! I’m elderly and when you Do you have Parkinson’s disease it’s hard for you to hold the pizza sometime he brought it in please sit on my table he even offered to make me a plate now that’s customer service
The best Papa John's in Richmond hands down. Every single time I order from them it's insanely fast and the delivery drivers are always so friendly! One time I guess they decided they didn't deliver to me fast enough so they gave me a coupon for a free pizza. Very unsure of why this location gets such bad reviews. I've only had great experiences!
My pizza looked a lil funny but it was ok
We always go to this location. We have never had any problems with our pizzas. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have dealt with basically everyone that works at the store and all of them have been friendly. Great Job!!!! Love this place!!!!
This is a great Papa John's location. It's a little hard to get to if you're not familiar with the area and the lights, and a little hard to get out of unless you catch the light right. But it has a drive-thru pickup, and with online ordering, it's simple and quick.
Papa John's is a favorite of ours, because their standard crust goes so well with their garlic butter sauce. It's usually a good idea to get extra garlic butter. We like getting the meat specialty pizza, however, their beef topping is not one we like.
