Domino's Pizza

I selected my preferred location through the app and re-ordered our favorite combo, but it automatically changed the pick up location to where I used to order from (not my new preferred location). I had no idea until I went to pick it up. Once we figured out what happened, the guy at the Forest Hill location offered to remake my pizza right away, rather than driving across town, and said I could just cancel at the Cary Street location. The employee on the phone at the Cary St location (Kevin) was very cool about the change and cancelled my order without any problem. So, although the app messed up a bit, the employees were really kind and totally made up for it.

Our pizza was ordered roughly at 9pm. We were told that the driver was late and that it may take a while. Then we called again after an hour, and apparently it would take another hour, but offered a coupon for a free pizza. When the pizza still wasn't here another hour later, we called back but I guess they closed for the night, despite taking our money and never delivering. I've had bad service before, but it was always better than no service... Update: My wife was upset, so talked with the new manager who seems to really know what he's doing. The person in charge of the above experience no longer works for the company, and the new manager made the poor service right by us and was very understanding/ polite. We had another delayed pizza, and he understood our annoyance, was straightforward and helpful. And the pizza really hit the spot, 5/5!!!
