I was accused of stealing and because my item was sitting on top of my purse while I looked for my ID they accused me of stealing . I paid for my merchandise and left the store. When I went back 3 days later the owner called 911 and said I was trespassing. He then told me to leave the store which I did and he followed me and aggressively approached my son who was driving. I have never been so humiliated in my life. The people that own the store not from our country. I believe this happened because they now feel entitled because of what happened in the past week.

The cashier (Indian) man was beyond rude, rushing me to decide what I wanted to order when I was simply trying to understand the deal. When I’d ask, he’d “mmhmm, what do you want?” me as if I could understand (in the moment) that he was actually acknowledging my close ended question. I wound up just purchasing my slurpee’s and carrying on my way. Not to mention a woman who’d come in before me, came back in, concerned about the change he’d given her and that it was incorrect. He debated with her about it and I take it, never gave her a receipt otherwise, there wouldn’t have been much to debate. Moral of story, it’s about to get hot out here and people aren’t going to be up for tolerating such disrespect AND your establishment taking their money. I’m rating two stars because this isn’t the first time I’ve had poor customer service here. The Asian guy (who may be the owner) isn’t much better.

Well first off this isn't my first time in store and I wanna say worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! The cashier was rude and looked like she didn't want to be there but to find out she was a assistant manager. That being said a week before this happened I noticed there was a sweetheart (whom I'm thinking was new), a guy, and the same Assistant manager there. The new sweetheart needed help with lottery machine but the ASSistant manager didn't budge to help even after asking her for pointers. Point being if she doesn't have the patience to train, then she doesn't have the leadership or capabilities to be a assistant manager. I haven't seen the new sweetheart and I don't know if she quit or was let go but I think they need to replace Becky and her attitude or just start over with new management. Actually you know what... Just tear that one down ain't no coming back to this 7/11.
