Always a favorite treat to go to Insomnia cookies. Like someone else said "They are Luke hugs for your tummy!"

These cookies are simply divine! They are oowy-gooey, warm hugs for your mouth. There's no other way to describe them. I bought a dozen cookies, each was a different flavor to try. I will say the double chocolate, and snicker doodle are my absolute favorites so far. I look forward to trying even more flavors soon!

To my shock they are closed I don't know if it's temporary or permanent. But I had a taste for their cookies and love that they are warm. I called corporate and they don't know the long-term status but if it's about the building they need to find another location in the area because it is what seems to be the basement of a historical house. I actually enjoy them better than crumble cookies.

The two $$ is accurate, they are a bit pricy but they're honest about it. The cookies are nice, especially warm. They have good policies for gluten - their gluten free options are prepared with different equipment to avoid cross contamination.

2nd time visiting in the past couple months as I'm over an hour away. Wait time wasn't long at all, and the cookies were great. Will be back when I'm in Richmond again!

I pick up cookies from them as donations to boys & girls clubs, homeless shelters, retirement homes. There are real treat for those people and I find the cookies they make to be consistently delicious the store is clean and the service is prompt. Excellent work is always keep it up!

This place is CASHLESS and does not have a ramp. The cookies were delicious, I also bought the cream cheese icing and it was so good. The location was a bit sketchy. It was a basement unit, very small waiting area - felt claustrophobic. Definitely a come and go setup.

It was packed inside… with the waiting line.. as it is a small place inside.
Cookies were really fresh and delicious…
Tried.. white chocolate macadamia, chocolate chunk, classic with m&m and there was a special cookie on that day at the payment counter… it was super delicious… It is something like sundae 🍪
Highly recommend this place for cookies… bcz we only tried cookies…
There is no much parking available right in-front of the Store.
