Food is good as always but apparently they are now charging for the little tubs of tartar and cocktail sauce. I ordered 2 - 2 piece fish platters and 2 - 3 piece fish platters and they charged me for the tubs of sauces. I thought it would have been easier to use than asking for a ton of the packets that don't have much in them. To 5 small tubs of each... tartar and cocktail was $10. It used to be free lol.

The food was hot! Cooked to order. Fountain drinks tasted different. About 6 pm, and they were out of all tea and " not making more, I'm just gonna be out." But I go there for the food, not the beverages.

The food was so good. More importantly, the service... it was amazing. The young lady was so nice and very patient with customers. Both ladies at the counter deserve to be recognized for their customer service. I don't live here, but I will be back before I leave. Visited Monday night

Well it is a fast food place. The food is good for what it is. I wanted fried fish food, so I went to Captin D's. I pretty much always get a kids meal. Less guilt. I must say the service has been decent. Often, while waiting on my food, I strike up conversations with other waiting customers. On my last visit, I got the business card of a female owned wallpaper and painting business (I requested), Wade Painting and wallpaper. Dory was friendly and so was her son. I'll be going back to Captain D's and when I get to my wall papering job at home, I'll call the Wades.

The place is clean and the food tasted fresh. They did screw up a little, I ordered fries and coleslaw my grandson ordered fries and mac but they gave him coleslaw instead of mac and gave me mac instead of fries. So I gave him my mac and ate double coleslaw. So just check your order before leaving. This location does not do a military discount. But it was good overall.
