We were there the other evening and an older woman had an episode of vomiting and then passed out. The staff handled it very professionally continuing to wait on customers while getting the woman medical attention and giving her as much privacy as possible.
The food was great and the staff was very nice even with trying to handle an unexpected situation.
Fantastic service! The wait was a little long but it was the Saturday night after thanksgiving and my family was pretty large so it was very understandable. The server Miriam was just so cheerful and bubbly, and willing to help us out in any way. She gave us advice on what the kids would like to eat, things like that. Loved her! Best server they have!
Our server Amanda was efficient, almost robotic like. She was able to process all of our drink orders as well as dinner items into her tablet. It seemed to take a good amount of time, But everything came out accurately as ordered. Caesar salad is getting smaller every time I go there. It's not just this location it's every Outback. The steak was cooked perfectly although there was a lot of gristle and fat on it It was still a good cut of meat. The baked potato was excellent loaded with all the goodies.

As with any big chain restaurant the service is the make or break for a good meal. Branden excels in the service he provides. My family and I never had an empty glass. Every request was made quickly and with a confident smile. At the end of the meal Anna stopped by to check that our experience was satisfactory. Her excitement was genuine and infectious. It was refreshing to have a manager seem to truly care that the customers were satisfied.
My husband and l dined in Outback Steakhouse on Huguenot Rd. in Richmond, VA for his birthday and the experience was a ten upon entering the front door and being greeted by Christian the host that seated us. Our waiter Peyton was well worth his weight in gold; he was kind, friendly and made sure that we were well taken care of. The food was GREAT and everything was hot and fresh. I definitely recommend to anyone that's looking for a place to have nice steak dinner to bet your bottom dollar on this location....go OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE!!!
First time visiting this location and we really enjoyed it. We were seated quickly and served fast. There was a small plate mix-up that they resolved gracefully in a minute. Food was fantastic but our server Valerie was even better! Love the genuine, caring personality. Pork chops and T Bone!! Yes!!
Stopped in before Christmas shopping and so happy we did. Seated right away and asked what we’d like to drink while settling in. Awesome!!! Food and service was fantastic. Our waitress was friendly and fast.
Our server Amanda was excellent; very personable and a pleasure having her serve me.
She was very efficient and attentive to my daughter and me. Did not care for the music.
We were seated pretty quickly. Customer Service was amazing, I believe the waitstaff said his name was Brandon. He was very pleasant, professional, and so attentive. My family and I really appreciated the service. The food was good, and I would definitely go back.
We visited the other evening after a horrible experience at the Olive Garden with a host that caused us to leave immediately and seek another restaraunt. At the Outback our server, Amanda, was very comprehensive and thorough. My lady enjoyed her salad and my hamburger was fine. We will return to this location on Amanda"s service alone.
The restaurant was very clean and quiet in the early afternoon with few patrons. I was greeted by the hostess and given a table almost immediately. The waiter was prompt and I believe he was the only server working. I ordered baked potato soup and a salad. Very, very good. The server was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this establishment to others.
