My husband was delivered the wrong arrangement. I called the store back, and they quickly made the correction! Great customer service. The delivery driver was apologetic and extremely polite. The new arrangement was delivered promptly. OMG. The fruit was soooooo delicious. The order was stunning. Definitely money well spent.Way better than just Valentine's Day roses. The Richmond, VA downtown location is great! I placed the initial order over the phone (the EA site was overwhelmed) and the employees were super nice. Bit pricey but worth the wow factor, especially if your getting the order delivered to your spouse's job (their colleagues definitely will be impressed ;) !!!!! So happy!!! #customerforever

I love edible arrangements. The chocolate covered strawberries are delicious and the cost of delivery is great. Have ordered several times the last 6mos for various occasions and have not been disappointed.
