This new location is beautiful with ample parking. The inside seating is a little limited but the drive thru is a bonus. Food is always delicious!

Would definitely give 4.5 stars if it would let me. It's a little more industrial now than the old location. Don't get me wrong, I love Panera, and will return there often, it just doesn't have that warm fireplace feel that some of the other locations do.

Appreciate the massive undertaking of filling all the lunch time orders, truly. Although there is a full team working, we definitely had a very long wait .
There was an error made on a single sandwich order, but not discovered until we arrived at the place we were visiting to bring lunch. Asked for just lettuce, tomato, turkey. There was spicy mustard on the bread, which isn't for everyone. So that didn't get finished.
Tables, drink station and pickup area are all so very close together that it was quite awkward trying to find a place to stand while waiting. There were only 2 or 3 waiting, but we had to keep moving because folks wanted to get to the drink station, or walk by, etc .
Perhaps tables could be moved to create more space? Super friendly and helpful staff, but make sure you leave enough time if you're on a schedule. We got our food approx 10 min after the expected ready time, which was a good 20 min after we ordered.

Not as many seating options compared to other locations. I was there for about an hour and the decaf coffee was never replaced, after I alerted a team member that it was empty (they simply removed the dispenser). The pastries looked amazing!

Absolutely love the drive through service and it was super fast and staff were very friendly. Food was delicious!!

Welcome to the neighborhood, I used to go to the one on Staples Mill rd and Parham rd, wonderful people with great service.
I believe they move to this one I literally don't know if with the same staff or not, anyway panera bread is still my favorite spot.

Best place. My family went to brunch on Saturday morning. Never crowded and never late served. It's a relaxing and food tasting good. It's one of best places to go. I gave four stars because I saw bread pieces on the table.
