The food was as expected but the customer service lacked personality. The employees seems to be here out of force.
They walk around as if they are held here against their will.
I will say the salad bar is fresh and clean. No kids running up to it and touching everything and the managements team will come by and speak to some at each table.
All in all my experience was good solely based on the food.
I love the salad bar here. Service is usually pretty quick and the staff is really friendly. Prices are reasonable and you get a good portion for what you pay. They have some really unique menu choices like sweet tea glazed chicken wings which were surprisingly good.
Salad bar is great. Everything was fresh. We went for lunch. Had an appetizer, salad bar, soup and sliders. Everything was good. I didnt care too much for the broccoli soup. The pretzels and cheese dip is really good. Our server was Justin and he was great.
I had the California Primavera Pasta with chicken and it was delicious. The waitress was friendly and my party of 8 did not need to ask for refills for our drinks, she was observant to our needs. The Salad bar was fresh and abundant. This location was clean, I will definitely go back when I am back in Richmond. Don't forget to ask for the cheese biscuits.
Same as always. I enjoyed the Garden Bar. Boyfriend enjoyed his burger and slaw. Great Server, Justin, was just the right amount of attentive. Appreciated refill of tea without having to request it. Greeter was very polite, too. Well run Ruby Tuesday. Nice atmosphere.
The food there was delicious, been there quite a few times and I've had their steaks and their burgers. They were quite delicious cooked to the way I wanted them. I enjoyed the wide variety of choices the salad bar had to offer as well, which by the way was free with the purchase of an entree with one side. The only thing is, the last time we went a few days ago, they hiked up the prices. So beware, you will be in for an expensive meal if you dine there.
Steak was cooked to perfection. Salad bar was fresh and had plenty of selections to choose from. The cheesecake is so delicious; it gives Cheesecake Factory a run for its money. No complaints thus far
Enjoy the special deals but the salad bar is what we love the most. It fits everyone's diet needs. Pretty well maintained, kept fresh, cleaned even during high volume (ex. lunch time). That and the excellent service Keeps us coming back.
Dwayne was our server he did very well but he was very busy. Food was prepared exactly the way I like it. The salad bar was clean and VERY well stocked. Will definitely go back.
Stopped in this past weekend for a drink with a friend and sat at the bar. Your bartender, Jamison, was absolutely great! He was very kind, attentive and, friendly. He kept up with our needs for food and drinks. He is an asset to your restaurant. Also, the manager, Ajay, who stopped to check on us and conversate was absolutely pleasant.
