This was our first time trying the crazy Greek at the new location. It's a very good restaurant with very decent foods. We normally come during the lunch time. We had tried their sandwiches and pizza. I like the Philly steak sub. My kids like their pizza. The crust of their pizza has a very special smell which we love so much. I like their sincere service, too. I wish they offer special coffee such as cappuccino or latte. Somehow I don't want to try their dessert because of that.
This awesome restaurant has thee best spaghetti and they continually make sure everything is fresh and comes out that way. I have been here so many times the wonderful staff there already knows what I want before I order it. The son, father and mother of this establishment along with the waiters and waitresses are all very nice people and they all make you feel very welcome and treat you with consistent respect. I highly recommend you eat here, you won't be disappointed.
Had gyro with fries, excellent! Hubby loved the baked Greek pasta, friend enjoyed chicken kabob. Wonderful carrot cake to go, Greek wine. First time, but not my last!
Amazing food and good service.
I had a little order mess up and the server was more than happy to take it care for me at no extract charge. Shows the extra distance the restaurant is willing to go to.
Will definitely come again.
Open, small, and quiet during lunch. The hostess/waitress was prompt, courteous, and helpful. We ordered The Greek panini and the chicken souvlaki along with the Hot Greek platter. The food came out steaming hot and you could taste that the pesto on the panini was fresh. The portions were ridiculously large. Overall, it was great little place, reasonably priced with fresh, great tasting dishes worth a try.
I really, really enjoyed my dining experience here! I was in Richmond for a funeral and my brother and sister and I ate at the Crazy Greek. This has been a go to place for my family in Richmond (we are of Greek ancestry). Our waiter, who I think is part of the owner's family, was awesome. He was very friendly and very attentive. We had the Hot Greek Platter appetizer. It was very nicely presented, and very well prepared. There was a nice variety of items and everything tasted good. We all had Gyros. (It was lunch time). The portions were very generous, and the Gyro was very tasty. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I would also recommend the Mythos greek beer. It was pretty good.
Some of the best, if not the best baked spaghetti around, the Julian salad no turkey and tomato’s with extra house dressing is my go to also! Nice local family restaurant with friendly staff and great food.
Nice staff and great food. And they accommodated my love of onions by letting me replace the mushrooms in my dinner with onions.
The most Delicious Greek food in all of Richmond Va! Authenic and Fresh! Lunch and Dinner Specials nightly! Takeout as well. Their new location is beautiful and spacious! Accommodations/Reservations for big parties is always welcomed! Staff is knowlegable and friendly. Family owned and operated! A classic go to for the long time residents of Richmond to West End! Open 7 days a week. They moved from their long time location at Staplesmill & Broad st. toward the west of broad street passed Sonic and Taco bell and next to the Verizon store. Heading west on broad its on your left hand side! If you haven't been here, your missing out!
