Hardee's

I am just here at Hardee's ordering 20 sausage biscuits and so far I've been waiting not too long. The customer service is good the boy at the counter was very friendly. He's got some good customer service skills. That's what I look for if you can't give me a smile I don't need to be in the restaurant that you're working for. Now I have been to a lot of Hardee's and I have always gotten great customer service and good hot food. Today I'm just going to be sharing the love with people in the community. Thank you for the great customer service.

The biscuits and gravy were delicious! Service wasn't good at all today. This particular Hardee's was in Southside Richmond. The employees didn't speak other than asking what we wanted. The cashier made no eye contact. We dined in, and business was slow. The floors were very greasy, which worried me about falling or slipping down. There was no clutter or debris on the floors or tables, which was nice. Bathroom floors were greasy as well.

Love the food. The biscuits were on point but it took a while, about 15 minutes, to get my order. They didn't even have to cook anything fresh, so not sure what the holds up was. The manager could use some training on how to speak to the employees when customers are present. I stood in the lobby for about 3 minutes before anyone even knew I was there. That's a big safety issue. I didn't even realize someone had walked in behind me.
