Starbucks

I get my drinks here every Sunday after church. It is busy all the time. they did my drink incorrect twice and they fixed it. however in one if thus times thay had the wrong size. when I mentioned it before I pick it up. they realized that the give me someone else drink. The lady oicked up the sticker from the cup and placed the others person sticker on it. I do not think that was right. however I did not drink it but they should have discarded the drink and did not reserve it.

it's 6 am, new years eve. I'm silently gliding through the foggy shadows of the kroger parking lot, toward the beanwater dispenser. the shimmering madness of a species hurling through space, slowly cooking themselves on a goldilocks planet; is dripping with the rain, coating every surface with an almost electric arc potential. the warm flood of light showing the workers setting up, movements like a clockwork scene. I entered, and ordered, staring at the optimized foods in the case, weighted and cooked by computers. after waiting several moments, mind churning as to where my journey was headed, my coffee was offered to me and i was out the door, awash in the damp electric twilight of our species, hanging heavy in the air

I only know this Starbucks since the pandemic began. They don't have a drive-thru and parking can be a pain on the weekends because of the restaurant next door, but all other times it's pretty easy to park. The staff is very nice and will unofficially do curbside for you in a pinch if you call. No indoor seating right now, but a decent patio out front that is shielded from the parking lot.
