Great customer service. Was greeted professionally and the salads are huge. Not a bad price either. Kevin and travis are the best. They explained the different menu options and healthier choices I could make. All in all I love it. Thank you. I will be back. -west braid location

I honestly love this place because it's really in depth and ingredients are always fresh. Sometimes I get lazy so I'll just stay at home and order my specialized salad it's awesome. 10/10 will eat again

Salad Works is a nice little place to go for lunch. I like to choose from the menu instead of building my own so I can branch out and try all sorts of dressings and toppings I wouldn't normally choose. They even give you a roll with butter to make it a complete meal.
It's nice and relaxing to eat there instead of taking it to-go back to the busy office. But if you prefer take-out then they put it in a really nice container so the salad looks perfect anywhere you bring it.

Very kind staff. Had a wonderful experience at saladworks in short pump. I had forgotten my card at home and was super disappointed that I couldn’t pay for my food as I was on break from work, so I couldn’t go home. I was about to leave and they (Travis) said it would be fine to come back and pay later so that’s what I did! Ran off to Wells Fargo and got some cash. Very kind and considerate gesture. Will be coming back!
