Friendly staff and quick to give you your food. Food is nothing extravagant but it will satisfy your late night cravings. Can't ask for anything else from a fast food joint. I'm glad they're open till 4am.

Drive-thru was backed up and had to pull around and wait for a bit of time. They were extremely apologetic and even threw in a few taco vouchers. Food was excellent perusal at this location and customer service was exceptional.

I took the kids here because they wanted it. I don't eat at TB. The kids through holy fits because they didn't have cheese for their nacho fries! But they are very spoiled.

We go to this Taco Bell at least once a week and I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff. They are always so freakin nice and polite. We always get great service and they always get our order right. They are truly the best!

Ive been going to this location since 2014 i think. It's usually amazing. We go there almost every week. I love Taco Bell. But it's annoying that they can't get the order right and always have to ask to remake it. Or they'll give you things they missed on the side, which if I wanted only the side would have told you. When they do make it right with a bit of attitude, they do a great job.

I've never had issues at this Taco Bell so I'm going to assume they at least cook things correctly here. The staff working seem friendly enough and every time I go it's quick. Not to mention you won't have to wait in the ridiculously long lines of Chick-fil-A right next door. Every time I've gone it's usually only a car or two at most.

Edit 3/22/2022: The pull around to the front trend seems to have mostly resolved. They do occasionally ask to pull around to the front but in more appropriate circumstances (When there is a wait time for fresh food and there are multiple cars behind you) not just by default to make it looks good on paper. Thank you for listening and acting on customer requests! "Changing my 5 Star review: (Food is still great) I am tired of this trend "Can you pull around to the front." Yes with a period because you have no choice. All to fudge the numbers for the appearance of better customer service. Meanwhile you are driving loyal customer away. I understand when there is a line and you have a big order or something needs to be made fresh, but when I am the only one in line and no one else ever even shows up. Why even have a drive through. I know this has nothing to do with this location and is a corporate policy but something has to be done. The food is always great at this location as well. Please do something about this!!!!!"

Great service and order accuracy. The staff here are very friendly and my order is always correct! Other than that, it’s a usual Taco Bell and is generally easier to get in and out of and less congested than other locations in the area.

Best Taco Bell near Grand Parkway & Westpark Tollway. Hands down the friendliest service, made to order food, and super clean drive-thru and restaurant. This Taco Bell actually care about their customers and the quality of food and service they have. And it shows! Fast drivethru and smiling faces all around. After being rudely lied to at the FM 1093 location and having dealt with a little punks attitude, I made the extra drive to this location on Grand Parkway. Worth every bit of my time!

The employees are all very friendly when I either dine in or go through drive thru. It’s usually clean and when big crowds come in and make a mess they are pretty quick to clean it up. I did have an issue with items missing from my order and when I went back the manager gave me a refund and the items I was missing. I was pretty impressed with that. The food is always hot and tasty. The shells are crispy and fresh. I also love that I can still buy cinnamon twists which are my favorite.
