We visited this cafe earlier today and had a wonderful experience. The cafe itself is clean and welcoming. The menu was their Christmas menu with lots of very appealing dishes. We had our two young children with us, and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating offering us off-menu items and tailoring dishes to suit their needs. Such good service! We will definitely be coming again. Also, the children got a sneaky peek of the sheep in the fields, which they thoroughly enjoyed!

Lovely team throughout and good food and drink. My burger was excellent. However, you need to expect a 30-40 minute wait from ordering for food to arrive.

It is recommended to book before going to dine. But on the other hand we were lucky and able to get a table for lunch. Food excellent both wife and me thoroughly enjoyed it.

My wife and I use this venue most weeks for breakfast. A family owned and run business. A beautiful setting with great food. The service is second to none. An extremely popular venue for lunch, booking essential.

Absolutely fabulous! This was our first visit and we couldn't fault it on any level. Having arranged to meet family who were holidaying nearby I suggested this farm cafe as a lunch venue because friends had spoken of it in glowing terms. I was remiss in not booking beforehand but when we arrived the owner was so gracious in finding us a table despite the imminent arrival of a large party and then he was really really patient when our visitors were almost an hour late! Not for one moment did he make us feel uncomfortable or embarrassed and told us not to worry because the table was ours for the afternoon. Te latecomers finally arrived, perused the menu and we all at last placed our order. Each plate is prepped to order so we expected a bit of a wait (which would have been totally understandable given our own party's tardiness) but our food arrived promptly and I have to say it was exquisite, both in presentation and taste. My Salmon was a real work of art and absolutely delicious. So too was my husbands Ploughmans Platter and our guests made short work of their beautiful Mediterranean Salads. All the helpings were perfectly portioned and none of us were left wanting. In addition the young man who serviced our table was so kind and attended to our every need in a very polite, professional and friendly manner. Top marks young man, your attitude to your work was so refreshing. An added bonus was the small but well stocked garden area selling all manner of plants at very reasonable prices and also the gift shop which boasts an array of interesting items. I would definitely recommend Middlemoor Farm Cafe to anyone looking for a great lunch menu in a fabulous setting where attention to detail is high on the agenda. All in all a delightful first experience which will certainly not be our last.

We stumbled on this lovely tea room, gift shop and plant centre/nursery. Everything is top quality and everything is chosen so well. Dogs welcome too in their outside area, gazebo/small marquee if it’s inclement. A real gem. We’ll be back.

I had an excellent latte and millionaires shortbread. It would have been lovely to a a choice of cakes such as sponges but appreciated it was small and looked fairly new.
