First time at this location and the Drive thru was a but "different" but it works for them. The lines are always long at Chick fil A, but the speed of them always amazes me! Food is great, hot and satisfactory to my standards.

Absolutely amazing restaurant, I've been here for over 20 years and all of the employees here are extremely nice and friendly, the service is surprisingly fast and quick for the amount of people that show up.

Chicken biscuit breakfast meal. The chicken was warm, the biscuit was hard. Redeemed a reward for a cookie, it was cold and over cooked. Total disappointment

A large and curly hair was found deep fried into my chicken strip. Very bad feeling to feel a random hair in my mouth.

Customer service could be better. Other locations for example the Renner Rd. location I’ve never had a bad experience, but that’s not the case at this one. I’m assuming this location being in close proximity to a high school and having many little teenagers employed is what the reasons behind the customer service issues. I know Chick Fil A prides itself on its friendly staff and it’s truly an excellent experience each time I visit a location, so when a certain one doesn’t live up to this expectations it’s bothersome.

Bad customer service. Waited in line for 2o minutes. We got pushed into the second lane that wasn't the window to pay and the worker told me that I had to wait in line again and go all the way back around if I wanted to get my food. I understand there's a process and I never complain about having to wait in line. But I was Literally right there and they had my food at the dang window. By the time I get back to the window my food would be cold and my drinks watered down. If that's the way it is please put a sign there so at least ppl know. I give every chic-fil-a excellent reviews. This store gets 1 star.

Was getting close to closing time, but they got the order done quickly. The help is always friendly and polite. Unfortunately, they didn't make my sandwich, but they didn't charge me. Just kind of aggravated that they didn't get it included in my order with the other sandwiches.

I'm not sure if is just at this location, but have you guys noticed that the chicken Deluxe sandwich has shrunk in size, like big time, I just bought the meal and when open the bag, it literally looks like a muffin size, rather than an actual DELUXE sandwich...and the fries were like many small little pieces rather than the whole piece, making it super annoying to spread the sauce unto it. Well that's my humble opinion, and hopefully it was just an isolated episode.
