Great store, I always find what I am looking for, several beer options and bread, snacks, sodas, wine, etc. There is a lotto machine and MoneyGram. Good store and there's a gas station too, with really good prices.

I believe his name was Kaine or Karl but he had great customer service. And also had a great selection of pizza to choose from. Im a residential service electrician for the dfw area and I use 7-11 as my go to lunch stop. And was surprised by the selection of different types of pizza I wish it was like that at all 7-11's.

I understand cash registers can go down and you can only take cash in certain moments. But at least post a sign on the door so people don't waste 15 minutes standing in line to find out there is no card use available. Monday through Friday is also the busiest, with that being said 11 to 1 you should have more than one person working the register. I will not go to this location again because of their incompetency.

Really appreciate how friendly, kind, and accommodating the staff is. Jason was so welcoming and authentic, and I got the impression that he cares for all customers and make sure they have a good experience. Although, this store is a couple miles away from my home. I am planning to make it my preferred 7 Eleven from now on.

I can't believe this is under 7-Eleven franchise and I'm wondering how the management of this particular 7-eleven continues to let this store operate in this way..
They charged me twice for an item and when I went back to get a refund one man said go ahead and take the item, so when I checked out I told the other man and he was extremely rude and did not let me EITHER refund or take the item. Unhelpful workers, and rude rude rude. Bad communication.

This has been happening since I moved to the area in May. The 7-11 at Jupiter and George Bush is closed from around 11pm-4am with nothing to indicate that it’s closed. There’s no closed sign, listed times, and the all the lights are on. The cashier during the day said there is supposed to be someone there at night, but nothing has changed.

Filled up my vehicle and went inside to grab a drink, while selecting a drink clerk told me they close at 12 and I could come back tomorrow. When I walked back to my vehicle to check the time it was 12:01. I had a long drive home ahead of me after a 12 hour shift so I was trying to grab a drink.This place is garbage.
