I ordered 2 shakes and a banana split. She made the banana split, then made the next groups orders, then started our shakes. My banana split sat there melting. Then we got the wrong shake. At least she made the right shake but didn't seem the least bothered by handing over a very melted banana split. Shouldn't customers be waited on in order? Shouldn't shakes be made before dishes that melt?

I went to this baskin robbins for my mom's birthday cake. I was not impressed. I have been to baskin since i was a kid. I have personally worked in one for five years during high school and college years. From my experience, selections of cakes on this one were mediocre. The girl can't write name on the cake. They can't let me write it either. They can't take cash over 20. They can't give me big plastic bags to put the cake to carry it home that I am used to seeing. None of these simple requests they can fulfill. I don't think I will go to this one for ice cream cake needs again.

New Review 2 stars: ice cream had a freezer burnt taste, chunk of ice, mixed flavors from not cleaning the scoops. the girls were super loud,i was in there with my kids eating and they were yelling across the store to have a conversation, I couldnt hear my kids at the table with me. caught something about another coworkers body and she can do what she wants but you work in an icecream shop.
1st review was 5 star:Great options, nice staff, girl working(didnt catch her name) was patient as my kids decided on what they wanted.

I love B&R and though it has changed over the years, the ice cream quality has not- at least not the flavors I still enjoy! Their most unique flavor that I have never seen anywhere else is Dacquiri Ice. It's kind of like a lime sherbert, but even lighter. It's always been one my favorite.

As a customer from this store, I experienced a horrible service from the management. I ordered a 9 inches cake for my 6 year old son to celebrate his birthday. The employee made a decoration on it. I took it home, and the family did not like the way it were decorated. We took the cake back after 20 minutes, not open the box yet. We asked for an exchange or a refund. The employees called the manager and made us wait for one hour and told us to come back next day to see the manager for a refund. Employees did not want to offer refund or exchange. Next day, I took the cake back. The manager did not offer refund or exchange either. Stating that because I took the cake home, so I cannot get refund or return. As a buyer, who purchased the cake and have not consumed it, I expected the store to honor my refund policy. We will not go hunger for not having $37 refund from the cake, but the store has ruined my 6 year old son birthday celebration and we feel like being treated badly by this store management.

Today 1-2-2021 6:30pm I came by for some strawberry cheesecake ice cream and some ice cream for the family. I asked for 2 quarts of the strawberry cheesecake and was very pleased to see that the two young ladies working here fully packed my quarts with the ice cream making sure there were no air bubbles in tubs. I have been to several other locations where this was not the case and was served half of the quart. We will be returning here for future purchases.

I love the ice-cream choices at Baskin-Robbins, whether you are after something indulgent or fruity there is something you'll like! The service is great! I buy here really often! Do recommend! Repurchase worthy? Absolutely! ;)
