It seems the standards of sonic have dropped tremendously. Took 45 minutes for our order when it came out no condiments were prepared the fries soggy and cold (they would not replace) and the chicken sand which so haphazardly put together its sad.No customer service and got sick after eating

I got catfished! The TV commercial said they had a mangonado slush & this location had no idea what that was. Lame. The drive-thru was fairly quick & looked like they only had 1 carhop for parked cars. I picked up just a mango slush & a grilled cheese which was kinda burned tasting.

Extremely long wait for two terrible drinks. I confirmed order twice because I thought they forgot about us as the wait was so long. Finally guy cones with drinks, has no straws or change (I did tell them I was paying by cash and what bill I’d be using in advance), also they forgot to put Nerds in the slushy. He goes back and returns with Nerds and straws but no change again. Taste my drink and it has 10 times the amount of flavor it should, the bottom 2/3 is warm and the too 1/3 has melting ice. It was not drinkable. Guy is serving other cars and still has not brought change. It’s been at least 30 min now so again ring the staff and ask to please bring money and refund the drink. I don’t know how this place gets business at all. We went to Sonic 11/2 years ago and they served the most disgusting food so vowed never to buy food there but thought they could handle two drinks but I was wrong. NEVER wasting time or money there again!!!!

Sat in stall #5 and pressed the button to order. Nobody ever came through the speaker, or up to my car, and I waited long enough that their system had forgotten I ever asked to order in the first place, so stall #5 was off the queue. I waited awhile at stall #5 some more since maybe it was just busy, but nothing. So I went to stall #12 and pressed the button again. The person in stall #13 to the right of me pulled in to order some 20+ minutes before I did, and managed to get their order, and food, first. Even though I'd been here for nearly half an hour, a customer who arrived just minutes prior got their food before me. The woman I spoke to over the speaker wasn't capable of her duties either. I repeated my exact order multiple times, and after paying with my card, I was still asked "What else would you like, is that all?", despite having the correct order on the screen, and it already having been paid for. All-in-all, I think it took 35 minutes to go from entering the lot to receiving my food. Extra star given because it was piping hot.

While I love Sonic, whomever owns this location needs to pony up and pay for good talent in management. This location has been out of things for days. Texas toast, most flavors for the blasts, slush flavors, etc. They are also grossly short staffed. This morning ONE employee was in the building. Not only unsafe but unfair to the poor girl working alone. I commend the staff that shows up. Again to the owner of this location, pay way more for good talent. Develop solid hires and pay them to stay. A good store manager will make this a fun safe place to work. You will reap record profits if you do.

It was ok the tater tots we're delicious. I feel they needed more workers there was only one worker outside. If she would have had an extra coworker I think it would have been a lot faster. She did do her best under the circumstances.

I understand the constraints businesses have been under the past few years... but the only reason I gave this Sonic 2 stars was because the attendant taking our order was at least apologetic about being out of all slushes AND large and Route 66 size cups. We ended up ordering 1 medium Diet Coke and 2 small Dr. Peppers, and it took just over 15 minutes to get them. 3 drinks. Let's just say we won't be back.
