Use to be great. Drive thru service is in shambles! I go in early for lunch to beat " The Rush" The order taker is very polite but it appears they are lacking employees or the skills needed to pump fast food out- fast. I hope it improves as I cannot wait in drive thru every other day with 1 car in front of me for 15- 20 minutes. I only get 1/2 hour for lunch.

Went to Taco Bell for lunch, and what I can only assume; is because I didn't give them my change for their College donation program. They in return gave me the plant based meat in my Taco's which tasted completely like trash.

The local Taco Bell here can't ever seem to get food right. Something's always missing or incorrect on the order. I can't remember the last time I've had an order done correctly and we've eaten there quite a bit It's gotten to the point that we've almost cut Taco Bell out entirely

The people working the closing shift on Wednesday June 16th should all be fired. I placed my order VIA the app at 11:05 pm. Closing time is 1am. I sat in that drive thru until 11:50. When we placed the order the woman said there was an 8 item limit. Since we used the app this did not apply to us. But the fact that they were "SOLD OUT" of potatoes and negated letting us know until we got to the window after 45 minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable. They claimed to have been short staffed yet the female worker was in the bathroom most of the time we waited and some kid was mopping the floor the entire time as well. How much are the lazy people being paid? It's unbelievable and very unprofessional considering how many people were in front and behind us. You all should be ashamed.

I think, at least for now, this is the only Taco Bell with regular hours. This means the line is usually wrapped around the building. 5 stars because those workers are god damn heroes for putting the franchise on their back.

OMG ordered two taco and burrito supreme... Got one taco and just a burrito... So asked need another taco they were cool about it so was I. Waited till got taco it had no meat and just cheese and lettuce 😅😅😅 I just left you guys for to get your orders straight...... 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

I got the cheeseburger burrito and a taco supreme. The taco was good the burrito wasn't...It tasted blah and that night and the next day it made my digestive tract active. I wouldn't waste my money on that one. I Miss the grilled stuffed burrito and was disappointed they took it off the menu and replaced it with stuff like this...mistake

Their open sign is on at 730 but went to the drive through and they told me they wouldn't be open till 830. Turn off your sign then please! This has happened to me multiple times. Glad you guys finally updated your hours to 8, too bad it's still not accurate.
