This is a standard 7-11 store. It is well stocked, clean & overall atmosphere not bad. The "fresh" donuts were always stale...but other than that, one of the new managers is a little overzealous in his dealings with customers. His inability to discern between regular cash paying individuals & indigents is downright impolite! As far the counter staff they are friendly & always willing to help customers! Often working under battle conditions, they are at the front of what makes going into this store tolerable. Good job you guys! Hot coffee and any kind of drink imaginable (alcoholic & non) is here!Be are kept very cold. Big plus in the summer! . ZYN's & other non tobacco products are available as well vaping items & good old cigarettes. This 7-11 is a great place for necessity or in & out type purchases! I've been a customer for 15 years. The staff is ALWAYS cheerful and helpful to everyone. The place is kept clean and well-stocked. Yes, prices can be high - it's the price for having a good range of everything CONVENIENTLY within the immediate neighborhood. But many items, especially the decent food they finish cooking there, are actually an excellent deal. They're a solid community asset!

Staff is generally very friendly and nice. However, the white lady working weekday nights that looks like a frog never wears her mask over her nose and doesn't enforce masks in store. Her dog that she brings in and leaves behind the counter loves barking! Come anytime other than that to get great service! This woman doesn't stop. She continues to argue that even if she's not on the clock, it's okay with her to not wear a mask.

I was told yesterday at the Wells 711 in Reno that yesterday President Biden had reversed the no mask ruling from last week and now people were being required to carry a laminated vaccine card and 32 governors were reeling about it. That is literally what the employee told me. I believed him because who would make up a lie like that, plus I had not yet checked the news. Once I did, I saw there was no reversal of the ruling and I had been lied to by this employee. I will not be returning to this store.
