I'm not the hugest fan of cheesesteaks but I had to check out this place after all the reviews. Plus, I was starving and this is super close to my hotel. Decent sized sandwich filled with meat and flavor. I ordered mine with sweet and hot peppers, onions and cheese. I ordered to go, but there was plenty of seating available. Efficient service. Would definitely come back

Stopped in at Capriotti’s on my flight and Torino. My wife and I ended up grabbing some lunch here. We are super hungry. I got the Capistra me. She got a half a sandwich and a salad. We had a ton of food!. They were open table so you could see inside or outside. This location is handicap assessable. The restrooms were also clean.

If you are flying out of Reno and wanting something to eat on the plane or in the Airport this is a great find. The food in the Airport is lame at best. This place is a short distance from the gate and has a solid line up.
We had an Italian Classic and Roast Beef and were so so happy we stopped here instead of suffering with airport food

I was in Reno for business and came across this sandwich shop on accident. Might be one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. I ended up having the barbecue chicken cheesesteak and It was awesome. Nice and hot and full of flavor, portions are huge. Definitely recommend this place!

Review: really good sandwich shop & near the airport. Had the chicken chipotle crunch & it was great. Indoor dining is available even during COVID & was quite spaced out. I’d recommend this place & will come back when I’m in the area.

Food was delicious. I had the Chipotle chicken cheesesteak. It was appropriately cooked and tasty.
The reason they have 4 stars, is the staff flat out forgot to make an order out of our party. So she waited 20 minutes and approached the staff (well after we had our food) and they apologized and stated "they missed that order."
So, good food and perhaps we caught the staff on an off day, but they're friendly.

This is the best Capriottis in thown. Sandwich quality was great, staff is very friendly, and the whole restaurant was very clean, neat, and updated.
