Just waited 30+ minutes in line while everyone there worked on the online orders and cooked. Not embellishing, over 30 min.. every 10 min they'd say I'll be right with you. I was the only one in line when I arrived, people came in and left that were behind me. The person I assume was the manager stood in back and washed onions while I waited to be helped for over 30 minutes. After the 3rd group behind me left I had to go as well. I was wondering how long it would actually take to be helped but I ran outta time I could wait. Unbelievable.

This was my favorite location a year ago, but since then the quality has been very hit or miss.
The guac is rarely seasoned, burritos are bland, rice undercooked, "large" chips are tiny, items are never labeled.

Portions are way too small for prices and the prices just went up a couple of dollars. Also, it's not even ORGANIC!. All I get is rice, chicken and beans. This is their idea of a chicken taco. They literally sprinkle rice (not organic) in there.

Worst customer experience. Employees don’t know what customer wants. They were out of guacamole and still made order without it. Asked for substitute but did not provide. Front lady was rude and not interested in taking orders at all.

Terrible service. Only doing online orders but make you wait forever before they even tell you. Workers wiping faces and not washing hands. Gross, rude. Go elsewhere.

Yummy food, fast service, and nice staff. They follow the health guidelines during the pandemic, so I didn’t feel uncomfortable ordering food from this Chipotle restaurant. They make my burritos exactly the way I want. Moreover, they offer mobile pickup, and there are lots of free parking spots in front of the store.

Worst experience time and time again, for months now. Not only are they always out of everything the staff is rude. People are bringing in their dogs (none service animals). And tonight i found a hair in my food. So disgusting and i will never return. I recommend you don’t either if you are reading this review.
