I guess I never learn. Visited the south meadows location again, ordered inside, told them the big Mac was not hot, they said it was warm (ok it wasn't frozen) but they would remake it, 15 seconds later got it back and it still wasn't remotely hot. NOT HOT. McDonald's corporate needs to retrain everyone in there on how to make a hot meal. It's been the same way since 2019 and it's not the pandemics fault. This location doesn't care period.

I did a mobile order through the app and the app charged me for my food but when I got there they said I didn’t pay and I didn’t have any more money on there to pay. I even showed them the transaction at the exact amount it was supposed to be. They refused to give me my food even though One of my items was a free reward from the app. The manager was very rude and didn’t even care what I had to say. So guess I’m going hungry for lunch. Won’t be coming here again.

Never have I provided a 1 star for a fast food joint before because I know what I get when I go there, but this place... This place man, what can I say their best employee was the down syndrome cashier who was amazing btw, but I ordered a simple mcdouble, mchicken and I get the mcdouble and it had only 1 patty on it! Crazy, never witnessed a mess up that simple before. So, I go in and mention it to them and get this, they provide me a RAW dripping blood patty on my already made mcdouble. They were messing up left and right, but a mcdouble should be the easiest item to make. I feel so bad for their customers. That was absolutely horrendous.

I read my order from there menu in the drive-thru. “We don’t do the menu deals and they’re not on the menu.” Wish they taught employees how to read or know what they sell.

Dirty property, drive through only, cars backed up, no movement after 5 minutes. Just wsnted an ice cream, left. Sad place.

Person taking order had no idea what she as doing. 20 minutes later (well 19 to be exact) I got my order. Of course it's wrong. I repeat it at least 6 more times to the other employee who is going to "fix it". (only cheese, mustard, heavy heavy pickle). Finally get my order again. No cheese, no mustard and two pickles. I just left. Fries cold and greasy. Don't waste your time. Go some place else.
