Very authentic and delicious Mexican food! The tortas are amazing and their aguas frescas are a must try! This is my favorite spot for sure because it is very fresh and flavorful. They recently remodeled the inside area and they have a nice outside dining area.

Some menu options below! Really delicious and affordable awesome little food truck next to its brick and mortar (I assume closed off due to Covid). Nothing should keep you from enjoying the hell out of these tortas! Maybe you’ve been putting it off for one reason or another, but now is the time. There is only now. The only challenging thing here, aside from making room in your stomach for everything you want, is there’s no real menu... so I asked some questions and here’s what I got. Carne Asada Torta $9 Alambre (asada w/sautéed bell peppers & melted mozz) $9 Carnitas Torta $9 Cubana Torta 11.50 with chorizo egg ham King Kong like Cubano but w/chicken egg ham Al Pastor Torta $8 Burrito $9 Quesadilla $8 Taco 2.50 - pretty basic street style, but hefty. We got the Al Pastor and Carne Asada Tortas, and two chicken tacos. The Torta meat comes in smaller pieces so be sure to wrap it in the paper so you don’t lose it. I chose jalapeño over chipotle and it had a beautiful mild flavor that really brought the rest of the ingredients together. It’s not super fancy mind you- it’s not supposed to be. But for being an easy on the wallet, delicious and satisfying street truck hot meat sando on the lightest fluffy bolillo cloud roll with a meld of flavors that compel you to have just one more bite, it’s pretty damn near perfect. A couple photo-clips of ingredients descriptions from interview I found on thisisreno.com, though I am in no way affiliated.

UPDATE 3/5/2022: This was my first time back since covid19 (2 years). Prices seem to have risen quite a bite since then. For a bill of $18.36, you get one torta and a vase of horchata 😳. Quality of each was reasonable. Restaurant is closed inside... outdoor eating only. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Nice little spot with authentic tortes. Was a bit skeptical when we arrived as the only guests at 11 AM, but the place packed out shortly there after, and the food was worth every dollar. The king Kong was a gut bomb (good thing), no doubt. Looking forward to trying the others on the list next time around
