Paid extra for a cake and they left the paper on top didn't even separate it from the sugar frosting cake tasted cool but never again through them

I looooooce ice cream & baskin robins. The ice cream is always so good but the costumer service from these children is horrible. You walk in & not one “welcome” or “hello” just stares like”ugh another customer”. My boyfriend started ordering his sundae & the girl goes “do u want whipped cream or no?” Like what kind of customer service is that😂 these high schoolers need to learn some manners.

I I asked for a medium mint chip milkshake. I think it had way too much milk. Could not taste the ice cream at all, only milk.

This store refused to serve me when it was 8:59pm when it clearly stated online that it closes at 10pm.

Kamil was fantastic for her first day!!! Very nice and professional. She was so awesome she even gave me an extra cherry on top when I asked for one. We will definitely be coming back to this location for our ice-cream needs.

It was great, the gal who helped me was very good, she helped me find the cake I needed for my hubby birthday. He was very happy. I liked it too. She was courteous. friendly and cute. I would recommend the place for the ice cream and cake alone.

OWNER ALERT UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS (need new staff asap bad business) BRUSHED MY FIRST CALL OFF WHEN CALLING TO CHECK ON GRUB HUB ORDER THEN DIDNT SEND THE ICE CREAM JUST A CONE when I called back she said I'm the mgr but did not help she hung up on me and then the boy who answered said shes not here and hung up on me I hope they didnt sabotage ice cream I sent to my grandchildren 😊

Great customer service, lots of good tasting flavors. I thought it was a little on the expensive side. When a child wants to take mom, or in my case grandma, out and treat them to an ice cream with them. I couldn't eat an ice cream in front of my granddaughter and she felt bad that I had to give her money so we could each have one.
